About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site Software Development Intern role located in Noida. The intern will work closely with the development team to design, code, test, and debug software solutions. Tasks will include collaborating on backend development, writing efficient programming code, assisting with software testing and troubleshooting, and contributing to feature enhancements. Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development principles
- Experience or familiarity with Back-End Web Development and related technologies
- Proficiency in Programming and understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and adapt to project requirements
- Eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Previous internship or project experience in software development is a plus
Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for assisting in the development of backend components, writing clean and efficient code, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality standards. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of new features. The intern will help in testing software functionalities, troubleshooting bugs, and documenting technical specifications. Additionally, they will be encouraged to suggest improvements to existing codebases and participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups. This role emphasizes continuous learning, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication within the team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Benefits
Interns will receive a monthly stipend of 20,000 to 25,000 INR for the duration of six months. During this period, they will gain invaluable hands-on experience working on real-world projects, guided by industry professionals. Post-internship, high-performing candidates may be considered for pre-placement offers (PPOs) with a competitive salary package ranging from 6 to 9 LPA, based on performance. The internship also provides opportunities for mentorship, skill development workshops, and exposure to the latest technologies and development practices. Participants will enhance their technical expertise, build a professional network, and gain insights into the software industry, setting a strong foundation for their future careers.
