Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Embedded C/C++, ARM-based microcontrollers, and embedded communication protocols. The role involves designing, developing, debugging, and optimizing firmware for embedded products across the full product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware using Embedded C/C++
- Work on bare-metal and RTOS-based systems (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, Zephyr, etc.)
- Develop and integrate device drivers, BSPs, and middleware
- Perform board bring-up and hardware-level debugging
- Implement and debug protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet
- Optimize firmware for performance, memory, power, and reliability
- Support bootloader development and firmware upgrade mechanisms
- Collaborate with hardware, QA, and application teams
- Mentor junior engineers and review code
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Embedded C and C++
- Experience with ARM Cortex-M / Cortex-A processors
- Good understanding of microcontroller architecture
- Experience with RTOS concepts
- Knowledge of firmware security and OTA updates
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools (JTAG, SWD, GDB)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)

- Experience with Embedded Linux / Yocto / Buildroot
- Exposure to wireless technologies (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa)
- Experience in regulated domains such as medical or automotive
