About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Enterprise Minds, Inc. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly are essential. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with business intelligence tools and software development lifecycle processes will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to analyzing business needs and documenting requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and developing detailed specifications for system enhancements. You will conduct workshops and interviews to gather insights and ensure alignment with business objectives.
