About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in the rapidly growing field of crypto and fintech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, extracting actionable insights, and helping drive data-informed decisions across the company. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within a fintech, crypto, or financial services company.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Familiarity with blockchain data sources and crypto transaction analysis is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large data sets related to cryptocurrency transactions, market trends, and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting real-time decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and compliance to identify data needs, develop queries, and provide insights for new initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to discover patterns, trends, and insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience enhancements.
- Monitor market movements and competitor activity within the crypto and fintech space to provide strategic competitive insights.
- Identify, validate, and integrate new data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analytics platforms.
- Implement and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing, reporting workflows, and scalable analytics solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in data analysis, cryptocurrency markets, and relevant financial regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.
