About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site Software Development Intern role located in Noida. The intern will work closely with the development team to design, code, test, and debug software solutions. Tasks will include collaborating on backend development, writing efficient programming code, assisting with software testing and troubleshooting, and contributing to feature enhancements. The role provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on technical experience in a fast-paced, career-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development principles
- Experience or familiarity with Back-End Web Development and related technologies
- Proficiency in Programming and understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and adapt to project requirements
- Eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Previous internship or project experience in software development is a plus
Salary: 20-25k monthly stipend for 6 months, with the potential for a PPO up to 6-9 LPA based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend components of software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions on technical solutions
- Conduct testing and debugging of software to ensure functionality and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to implement features
- Document development phases and monitor systems to identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas
