Regology is Looking for:
We are seeking a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with a keen interest in
generative AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in developing applications
that leverage generative AI technologies to solve real-world business problems. You will
collaborate with experienced professionals and learn how to translate business needs into
technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to support the development of
machine learning solutions.
- Assist in researching emerging trends in generative AI and contribute ideas for
improving existing systems.
- Participate in hands-on projects involving generative AI models, including language
models.
- Analyze datasets to extract insights and support model development efforts.
- Document ML processes, models, and best practices for future reference.
- Learn and grow through mentorship from senior engineers and contribute to team
knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence,
or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in machine learning or data analysis,
With Exposure To Generative Models Preferred But Not Required.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Basic understanding of SQL/No-SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB or Elasticsearch).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control systems like Git.
- Understanding machine learning algorithms and statistical methods is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
