Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting business-critical applications in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions.
- Familiarity with data integration, report generation, and dashboard creation using business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and convey technical information clearly.
