About The Role
We are seeking Tech ninjas to join our Technology Innovations Lab (TIL) and radically transform the field of Executive Education. You would ideally have 3-5 years of full-stack development experience, designing and building robust, scalable web applications end to end. You will work closely with our Tech Leadership team to build innovative products and services using cutting edge Technologies and frameworks. We are looking for the uncanny ability to experiment and master newer technologies (including AI), and the aptitude for relentless excellence.
Frontend
Tech Stack Requirements:
ReactJS, Next.js
Vite, TailwindCSS
TypeScript (preferred)
Familiarity with component libraries and headless UI frameworks
Backend
Node.js (Express/NestJS is a plus)
Python (FastAPI)
REST APIs and WebSockets
Authentication (JWT, OAuth)
Database
SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain full-stack applications from concept to deployment
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement scalable solutions
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
Maintain clear documentation for developed features and systems
Qualifications
3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development
Strong knowledge of the specified tech stack
Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs and working with WebSockets
Good understanding of database design and query optimization
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Nice To Have
GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Experience building AI agents
Experience with NestJS
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
