We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile
Full Stack Developer (3+ years) with strong technical expertise and the ability to thrive in a
client-facing role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, while working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines
hands-on development skills, problem-solving ability and strong communication to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML and PHP.
- Build and manage CMS-based websites leveraging Drupal.
- Develop backend solutions using Java Spring Boot and PHP frameworks.
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployments and adopt best practices.
- Implement configuration management and automation using Ansible.
- Manage deployments on VMware and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or similar).
- Configure and maintain networking/IP settings to support applications.
- Ensure application performance, scalability and security through proactive monitoring and optimization.
- Prepare documentation and deliver training/support to clients as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in front-end development (React, JavaScript, HTML).
- Proficiency in PHP with hands-on experience in Drupal CMS.
- Strong knowledge of Java Spring Boot for backend development.
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing role, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Experience with Ansible, VMware and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or equivalent).
- Understanding of networking and IP configurations.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is an advantage.
