  • Oversee the integration of OpenText Content Server workflows to ensure seamless operations across departments.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OpenText-related issues to maintain system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OpenText solutions with business objectives and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and implement best practices for document management ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize OpenText solutions to meet specific business needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the OpenText environment safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and usage of OpenText technologies.
  • Monitor system performance and provide timely updates to management on the status of OpenText projects.
  • Assist in the development of documentation and user guides to support the effective use of OpenText solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest OpenText developments and trends to recommend innovative solutions for the company.
  • Support the hybrid work model by ensuring remote access to OpenText systems is efficient and secure. Qualifications -
  • Possess strong expertise in OpenText Blazon Extended ECM and Content Server workflows.
  • Have a good understanding of document management principles and practices.
  • Experience in the Medical Devices Manufacturing or Supply Chain domains is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in customizing and configuring OpenText solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and implementing new OpenText features and updates.
