About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming modern UI designs into high-performance, scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and system architects to build visually appealing, responsive, and efficient user interfaces. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in React fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and a craftsmanship mindset to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly components. Your contributions will directly impact the usability and performance of our flagship products, supporting our mission to deliver innovative AI solutions to our clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in front-end development with expertise in React and Next.js. A strong understanding of modern JavaScript, CSS, and UI/UX principles is essential. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API is required, along with proficiency in building responsive, mobile-first interfaces using Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or CSS Modules. Familiarity with design translation from Figma to code, performance optimization techniques, and cross-browser compatibility is critical. Additional skills in TypeScript, Webpack or Vite, React Query, and deployment pipelines (AWS, CI/CD, Docker) are considered advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for craftsmanship in frontend development.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components that adapt seamlessly across devices.
• Create highly interactive, mobile-first interfaces with a focus on user experience and accessibility.
• Implement clean, reusable, and modular component architectures to facilitate maintainability and scalability.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability through performance tuning and best practices.
• Work effectively with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API to manage complex UI states.
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure smooth API integration and data flow.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
• Implement performance improvements such as code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle optimization.
• Debug and resolve complex UI issues, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
