Job Description

  • Prepare lab dips and shade matching for knitted fabrics
  • Handle color matching using spectrometer/spectrophotometer
  • Develop dyeing recipes as per buyer and production requirements
  • Conduct dyeing trials and maintain lab standards
  • Monitor shade approval and bulk production coordination
  • Maintain records of recipes, approvals, and testing reports
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams for shade consistency
  • Ensure timely submission of lab dips and color corrections
  • Knowledge of reactive dyeing processes for knitted fabrics
  • Follow laboratory safety and housekeeping standards

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience in Knits Fabric Dyeing Lab
  • Good understanding of color chemistry and dyeing processes
  • Hands-on experience with spectrometer/spectrophotometer
  • Knowledge of lab dyeing machines and testing procedures
  • Ability to analyze shade variations and process corrections
  • Good communication and coordination skills
