Primary Responsibilities
- Requirement analysis and development of complex user stories/features based on requirements and architectural /design guidelines from Design to Deployment with minimal supervision.
- Implementation of features and/or bug-fixing and delivering solutions adhering to coding and quality guidelines.
- Must understand the larger context of the user stories / features, actively contribute to requirement refinement from both problem & solution perspective and must be able to trouble shoot with guidance from Architect.
- Driving code review and ensuring delivery conforms to organization and project quality processes.
- Must be able to independently trouble shoot and solve complex problems.
- Must be able to learn & try out new technologies.
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech
Experience: 4-7 years of experience in design and development
Knowledge And Experience
- Strong in C#, ASP .Net Core, Design principles & patterns
- Strong Web development with Angular (2 or above), Web Concepts.
- Should be able to support Junior and Entry-Level developers.
- Desirable: medical domain knowledge (DICOM etc) , Agile Practices, Gen AI tool.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor.
- Flair to learn new technologies and thrive in an agile environment.
- Conversant with typical software development processes / methodologies/ CI/CD activities/ Docker, Kubernetes. and exposure in working with global teams.
- Good verbal and collaboration communication skills.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill.
