Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer
- Java with strong expertise in backend development, cloud-native applications, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, designing scalable systems, and ensuring best coding practices.
Primary Skills (Must-Have)
✅ Strong expertise in
Java (8 and above) and
Spring Boot
✅ Experience with
Microservices Architecture and REST API development
✅ Hands-on experience in
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
✅ Proficiency in
SQL & NoSQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
✅ Experience in
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
✅ Strong knowledge of
Docker & Kubernetes for container orchestration
✅ Hands-on experience in
Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)
✅ Experience with
Testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Postman for API testing)
🔹 Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)
✅ Knowledge of
Frontend Technologies (React/Angular/Vue.js)
✅ Experience in
DevOps Practices & Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
✅ Familiarity with
Camunda BPM / Workflow Automation tools
✅ Understanding of
Security Best Practices (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, API Security)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Ensure high-quality coding, architecture, and design standards.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best development practices.

Software Development & Architecture:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services.
- Implement Microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot & Java.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications.
- Define and maintain API contracts and standards.

Cloud & DevOps:
- Deploy and manage applications in Azure/AWS/GCP environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment.
- Ensure proper logging, monitoring, and alerting for applications.

Collaboration & Agile Execution:
- Work with Product Managers, Architects, and DevOps teams.
- Follow Agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with frontend developers for seamless integration.

Problem-Solving & Innovation:
- Analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies for continuous improvement.
- Optimize existing applications for better performance and cost efficiency.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in Java, Cloud (AWS/Azure), or DevOps are a plus.
