Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL DBA with 7+ years of Database Administration experience in enterprise environments.

Requirements

Strong hands‑on experience supporting on‑prem SQL Server production systems.
Proven experience participating in on‑call support rotations for critical systems.
Microsoft SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
PostgreSQL administration (required)
Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
High availability and resiliency concepts
Scripting and automation (T‑SQL, PowerShell or equivalent)
Monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling

Preferred / Desirable Skills

Experience with one or more of the following platforms:
DB2
MongoDB
Databricks
Experience in regulated or financial services environments
Exposure to cloud or hybrid database architectures
Experience supporting large‑scale, multi‑application database estates.
