Job Summary: Wissen Technology is hiring a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Angular to lead a team of developers for a client project based out of Whitefield, Bangalore. This role involves hands-on development, solution design, architecture understanding, code reviews, and team coordination.
Experience: 9 - 16 years
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Mode of Work : Full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 9 developers and provide technical guidance.
- Perform hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Drive solution design, code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with client product owners and architects.
- Conduct code reviews, technical grooming, and sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of modules with high quality.
- Mentor team members and support them in solving technical blockers.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
