Molex is seeking a Data / Analytics Developer based in India to accelerate CRM Analytics and broader analytics delivery. This developer will focus on building CRMA datasets, dashboards, and analytics that support Sales, Service, and Operations, enabling faster delivery and higher-quality analytics outputs.
What You Will Do :
- Build and maintain CRM Analytics (CRMA) datasets, dashboards, and recipes.
- Develop dashboards aligned to sales, service, and operational KPIs.
- Partner with Salesforce admins and architects on data modeling and integration approaches.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and documentation to ensure trusted analytics.
- Assist with analytics requirements during refinement and sprint planning.
- Enable self-service reporting while maintaining data quality and governance.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Hands‑on experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA).
- Strong Tableau development skills.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models (Sales, Service, Cases, Opportunities).
- Experience integrating Salesforce data with external sources (e.g., SAP, Snowflake).
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Demonstrated history of delivering enterprise-grade CRMA solutions and reusable datasets.
- Experience in improving analytics adoption through self-service enablement and documentation.
- Familiarity with data governance practices and analytics deployment in agile delivery models.
