About The Role
We're hiring a Java Developer to join our growing Pune office. You'll work on backend services that support Polytope's AI platform, integrations, and partner ecosystem — with plenty of scope for ownership and technical growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Java microservices using Spring Boot
- Build APIs consumed by frontend applications and partner systems
- Optimise service performance for high-throughput workloads
- Write comprehensive tests and maintain high code quality
- Collaborate with product managers and designers on new features
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Java development experience
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservice architectures
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues
- Experience with containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
