7+ years of experience in technologies BI, Tableau,SQL, Oracle. Should have hands on experience on various versions in Tableau Desktop (dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management) and Tableau Server (Admin activities) Able to creatively stretch the capability of Tableau to customize and develop creatively stunning and dynamic visualizations Create interactive filters, parameters and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau. Experience working with large and complex data set able to write simple queries to create calculated fields. Empirical understanding of data systems (BI analytics, data blending, data warehousing, data ETL, etc.) on process automation and standardization. A solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, and normalization. Experience working directly with business analysts or business sponsors to gather and validate functional requirements and provide the design specifications. Ability to work on multiple projects and flexibility to change priorities when needed. Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools. Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture. Work directly with Quality Assurance associates to ensure all deliverables are accurate and of the highest quality Finding the key areas of automation to make the business processes smooth Strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in reporting analysis tools.
