Skills (Must Have)

5+ years of experience building high-scale web applications.
Proficient with React, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5 and CSS with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Firm grasp of JavaScript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax and Typescript.
Good to have hands-on experience on Next.js, MaterialUI and other frontend frameworks.
Experience in writing unit testing code with libraries like Jest, Enzyme

Role And Responsibilities

Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using React.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our projects leverage the best practices.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
