Job Summary:
Contribute to the end-to-end product development through high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Work closely with the Architect and the engineering team to implement system components, integrations, and features using modern frameworks and AI-driven development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain core product modules with clean, efficient, and testable code
- Apply AI-driven “Vibe Coding” methods for code generation, refactoring, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensure Security by Design principles and follow established CI/CD and version control practices.
- Maintain code documentation and assist in knowledge sharing within the team.
Core Skills:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, React/Vite, and GraphQL/PostGraphile.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL (queries, performance optimization, RLS awareness).
- Familiarity with AWS services (ECS, Cognito, RDS, CloudWatch, etc).
- Hands-on experience with REST/GraphQL API development, containerized environments, and Git based workflows. Experience working in agile teams with focus on sprint-based delivery.
AI-Driven Development:
- Use AI pair-programming tools to accelerate implementation while maintaining quality.
- Participate in building and refining Vibe Coding prompts for development efficiency.
- Apply AI for code analysis, testing, and documentation.
- Adhere to AI guardrails and maintain secure, review-able code outputs.
Secondary Skills:
- Familiarity with Bun, Graphile Worker, or event-driven pipelines.
- Experience in DevEx tooling—linting, testing automation, and code generation.
- Exposure to observability tools like OpenTelemetry.Works closely with the other developers to meet delivery targets.
- Proactive in solving problems, refactoring existing code, and improving system quality.
- Comfortable working under delivery timelines with clear ownership of assigned modules.
- Open to learning, mentoring juniors, and collaborating through prompt-driven, AI- assisted workflows.
