Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications for Access Management platforms
Contribute to architecture decisions in collaboration with architects and senior engineers
Develop RESTful services using Spring Boot
Build automated unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality releases
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application stability and performance -> Troubleshoot and support production issues and improve application stability and performanceImprove CI/CD pipelines and automate manual processes
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team learning initiatives
Responsibilities
Required Technical Skills
3–6 years of hands-on experience in Java / Java EE
Strong experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Web Services
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar)
Automated testing using JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber
Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or security domains
Cloud platform experience (GCP or equivalent)
Frontend exposure using Angular (2+) or React
Experience with static code analysis tools (SonarQube, FindBugs)
