ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role incumbent will work on building and expanding the iOS applications that power Remidio' s medical devices.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Native iOS development using Swift.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and efficient problem solving through code.
Strong experience with at least 2 modern programming languages, such as Swift, Java, Python, and JavaScript.
Experience with fast prototyping of ideas and solutions to a given problem.
Strong skills in debugging issues to determine and fix any root cause that prevents the product from operating as expected.
Strong understanding of the fundamentals of how various layers of computing systems work -> such as basic knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, user interfaces, API standards, and compilers.
Has research oriented and has a problem-solving mindset, driven by first principles thinking. Preferable but not mandatory.

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To own software research problems and collaborate with the R&D team in the early design, development, and prototyping of mobile based medical devices.
You will work on building and expanding the iOS applications that power our medical devices. The responsibilities would include
Deployment of Computer Vision algorithms and Deep Learning models on an iPhone based medical device.
Applying computational photography techniques for medical imaging.
Implementation and improvements to user interfaces.
Connection of the application to backend services via Rest APIS Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.
Exploring new ways to leverage the iOS ecosystem for better medical imaging.

EXPERIENCE: 2 to 4 Years
