- 2+ years of Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
- Extensive experience with backup technologies
- Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
- Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage network servers and technology tools
