📢 We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking DevOps Advocate to help architect, secure, and optimize our cloud and On-Prem infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about DevOps best practices, high-performance systems, automation, and scaling GPU-intensive workloads across modern platforms.

☑️ About the Role:

As a DevOps Advocate at NeuroDiscovery, you will play a key role in shaping and upholding best-in-class DevOps and DevSecOps practices. You will work across our cloud (GCP) and On-Prem environments, ensuring that our infrastructure is secure, scalable, observable, and automation-driven. You will also act as a mentor and internal champion for infrastructure excellence and engineering efficiency.

☑️ Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and optimize GCP and On-Prem infrastructure.

• Ensure secure networking, including VPC configurations, firewalls, tunnels, and API security aligned with OWASP principles.

• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.

• Manage and scale GPU-based workloads with dynamic auto-scaling strategies.

• Oversee Kubernetes deployments, container orchestration, and one-click application setups.

• Design and maintain centralized monitoring and logging solutions (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).

• Implement strong IAM, secrets management, and access control frameworks.

• Optimize database hosting, performance tuning, and scaling.

• Champion best practices in DevSecOps, infrastructure security, and automation across teams.

• Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and training to engineering teams.

☑️ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Deep understanding of networking: VPCs, tunnels, firewalls, API security.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.

• Experience with Linux, shell scripting, and automation frameworks.

• Practical knowledge of scaling GPU-based workloads.

• Strong grounding in IAM, secrets management, and DevSecOps principles.

• Experience with centralized logging and monitoring: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor and support teams.
