Job Description

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Build and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
Develop and implement RESTful APIs for model serving and integration with other systems.
Collaborate with data scientists to explore data, identify patterns, and develop innovative solutions.
Work closely with engineering teams to deploy and monitor models in production environments.
Optimize model performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
Contribute to the development of our AI/ML infrastructure and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of our codebase.
Document code and models effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a focus on AI/ML.
Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
Experience with data pipeline development and ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark).
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience building RESTful APIs using frameworks like Django or Flask.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
