Position Responsibility
- Provide consulting led solutions to clients including Business case creation articulating the benefits of RPA to the Organization
- Lead proposal responses to clients through solution definition and estimations
- To lead As-Is Process discussions through workshops with Clients in RPA projects
- To define the To-Be Process based on the chosen RPA technology
- Run successful RPA projects and develop procedures, service standards for business excellence.
- Interface with various clients teams connected to delivery of RPA projects. Ex: Infrastructure/IT, Operations
- Deliver projects within timeline and budget
- Lead teams of architects, business analysts and development teams
- Oversee effort estimation for new projects
- Support business management reporting (financials and operational parameters)
- Provide business guidance to consulting and development teams
- Establish and deliver metrics and KPIs to govern projects and identify areas of improvement
- Act as an escalation point for client and internal stakeholders
- Drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process.
- Recognize the customer’s business Problem, gather facts, analyze information
- Post implementation Support of RPA solutions

You will be required to travel. Travel requirements may vary from project to project and type of assignment. This includes travel outside Bangalore.
