Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
The developer will be responsible for end to end solution delivery. He/she will be required to understand the requirements, propose and implement solutions to meet the needs. The role requires driving project both as an individual contributor and also driving the team to deliver as needed.
Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute projects within agreed timeline and scope of work
Be a hands-on technical contributor as well lead technical delivery teams on the project to ensure successful delivery. Prior team lead experience is not mandatory.
Maintain strong coding, compliance, & security standards
Channel new requirements and customer feedback obtained to the product team
Create and maintain status reports and keep management up-to-date of overall project status
Collaborate across other functional teams to resolve issues as needed
Candidates Requirement
At least 2-4 years of Full Stack Web application development / implementation experience
Strong Knowledge of programming frameworks like PHP, Java, ReactJs, React Native, NodeJs, MySQL, MongoDB
Understanding of ASP .NET not necessary, but will be an added advantage,
Ability to quickly explore, examine and understand complex problems and how it relates to the customers business
Prior experience in hands-on development / application implementation in PHP or Java Stack and other web based technologies
Demonstrable understanding of common enterprise applications is desirable
Qualification Preferred: BCA/BSC-IT/B.Tech/MCA/MSC-IT/Mtech but not mandatory based on relevant experiences
Experience: 2-5 years of software development/ implementation experience.
