About the Role :
We are seeking highly skilled Senior Python Developers to join our development team.
The ideal candidates will have expertise in Python, backend development, API design, and scalable application development.
You will be responsible for building high-performance applications, automating processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Backend Development :
- Develop, enhance, and maintain backend systems and applications using Python.
- Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend architectures.
Database Management
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Write optimized queries, schemas, and manage data migrations.
- Ensure database performance, security, and integrity.
API Development & Integration
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external applications.
- Ensure smooth integration with third-party services and internal systems.
System Architecture & Optimization
- Participate in system architecture discussions and propose efficient solutions.
- Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging.
- Implement best practices in security, error handling, and & Project Execution :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, product, and operations.
- Understand project requirements, estimate effort, and deliver within deadlines.
- Manage version control and development workflows using Git.
Automation & Tools
- Build automation scripts and tools to support internal operations.
- Develop data-processing pipelines, integrations, and automation modules when required.
Required Skills & Expertise
Technical Skills :
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of databasesMySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and backend best practices.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux environments, and server deployment.
- Experience with Celery, Redis, Docker, or cloud services (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to development.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer (mandatory).
- Experience building scalable enterprise applications.
- Exposure to automation, data processing, or API-driven systems.
- Experience working in fast-paced IT/BPO or tech-driven environments
