We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with AI expertise to build and deploy intelligent applications, automation workflows, and AI-powered solutions. The role involves working on LLMs, AI integrations, and data-driven systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and production-ready solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Development & Automation
- Develop and maintain Python-based AI applications and automation workflows
- Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, APIs, and AI platforms (Azure OpenAI/OpenAI)
- Implement AI agents, prompt workflows, and orchestration logic
- Develop reusable components for AI pipelines and automation
LLMs & Prompt Engineering
- Design, test, and optimize prompt templates for accuracy and reliability
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases
- Improve AI output quality and reduce hallucinations
Integration & Systems
- Integrate AI solutions with internal and external systems using REST APIs
- Work with data pipelines for processing, transformation, and ingestion
- Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to embed AI capabilities
Quality & Performance
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI pipelines
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, requests, json, async programming)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and LLM-based applications
- Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / similar AI APIs
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Knowledge of LangChain / agentic AI frameworks
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps practices
- Experience building chatbots or AI assistants
