Responsibilities:

Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Utilize Java Springboot for backend development and ensure robust application performance.
Oversee database management and optimization using SQL.
Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in a Unix environment.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes to meet project goals.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
