About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating modern UI designs into exceptional, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and architects to create scalable, visually stunning, and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in React fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and a craftsmanship mindset to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly components. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact users globally, utilizing the latest frontend technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in frontend development, specifically with React and Next.js.
• Proficiency in translating design mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect UI components.
• Strong understanding of React core concepts, including hooks, lifecycle methods, and architecture patterns.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Hands-on experience with CSS frameworks and styling techniques including Tailwind CSS, Material UI, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.
• Familiarity with modern build tools like Vite or Webpack, and version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and frontend debugging tools.
• Understanding of API integration, REST principles, and backend communication.
• Ability to interpret and implement design systems with pixel accuracy, micro-interactions, and animations.
