About The Role
We are expanding our digital skills across our India locations and are seeking experienced Front-End Developers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing high-quality, scalable web applications using the latest JavaScript frameworks, particularly React. This role requires a strong understanding of modern front-end development practices, API integrations, and DevOps tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to best coding practices. Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development, specifically with React and related technologies. Professionals with solution architecture or SME backgrounds should have at least 13 years of experience in design and architecture. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES5/ES6), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API integration is essential. Experience with secure coding practices, unit testing frameworks like Jest, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is required. Knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and open API specifications will be advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, documentation abilities, and a commitment to clean, maintainable code. A strong understanding of database concepts, including RDBMS and optionally MongoDB or DynamoDB, is preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3, ensuring high performance and scalability. Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs using Axios, Ajax, or Fetch, and implement secure coding standards. Write and execute unit tests using Jest, Cypress, or Playwright to ensure code quality and reliability. Collaborate with backend teams to define API specifications and ensure seamless integration. Follow best practices in code versioning, utilizing Git, and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards. Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment, supporting CI/CD pipelines. Apply microservices design principles, including patterns like Circuit Breaker and SAGA, to build resilient and scalable solutions. Leverage AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot to automate and enhance the software development lifecycle. Document technical specifications and contribute to the development of reusable design systems and components. Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve coding skills and project delivery processes.
