Sr. React Native Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior React Native Developer with 5+ years of experience to take end-to-end ownership of our mobile application. The ideal candidate combines strong React Native engineering skills with exceptional attention to detail, a strong eye for UI/UX and design, and the ability to independently drive the app from development through production release.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Own the mobile application end-to-end, including development, maintenance, optimization and production releases.

· Build high-quality cross-platform mobile experiences for iOS and Android using React Native.

· Translate product and design requirements into polished, responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces.

· Develop clean, scalable and maintainable code using JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native best practices.

· Integrate REST APIs and third-party services with robust error handling and resilience.

· Implement secure authentication, session management, deep linking and secure token/storage workflows.

· Identify and resolve performance, UI, functional and production issues with strong attention to detail.

· Handle real-world edge cases, offline/low-network scenarios and production reliability requirements.

· Own mobile build, release and rollout processes, including App Store and Google Play requirements.

· Implement and maintain analytics, crash monitoring, telemetry and application observability.

· Work closely with Product, Design, Backend and Engineering teams during development and release cycles.

· Continuously improve application quality, usability, performance and overall user experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

· Strong hands-on expertise in React Native and TypeScript / JavaScript.

· Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and a proven eye for design and visual quality.

· Strong experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

· Hands-on experience with authentication and session management workflows.

· Experience with deep linking, secure storage and token management.

· Strong debugging and performance profiling skills.

· Strong understanding of both iOS and Android application environments.

· Ability to write clean, secure, scalable and maintainable code.

· Ability to handle real-world production edge cases and low-network scenarios.

· Experience with mobile build, release and deployment processes.

NICE TO HAVE

· Experience with native iOS development/debugging using Swift.

· Experience with native Android development/debugging using Kotlin.

· Experience with Fastlane, GitHub Actions or other mobile CI/CD tools.

· Experience with crash reporting, analytics and application monitoring tools.

· Experience with feature flags and controlled mobile releases.

· Experience working on FinTech, Crypto, Payments or other security-sensitive applications.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.

· B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
