Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of IT experience.
8+ years managing large enterprise application and integration programs.
PMP and Safe Agile certification
Experience managing distributed teams of 20+ resources.
Experience managing multi-vendor programs.
Proven experience in customer-facing delivery leadership roles.
Technical knowhow of Java spring boot architecture, API integration
Good understanding of integration tools/services – Service Bus (FUSE), Kafka, Scheduler (Apache Airflow), EDI , AI Coding Assistants (Cursor, GHCP)
Experience in working with Azure Cloud ecosystem
Understanding of DevSecOps process
Experience in Healthcare Domain (Highly Preferred) – Medicaid, healthcare payer systems, medical claims processing
