About the Company
A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India shared-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire IT support engineers for its India workforce. You will keep every employee's hardware, software, and access running without friction. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide day-to-day technical support, manage IT assets, and resolve issues across hardware, software, and network access for the India team.
Key Responsibilities
Helpdesk & Support
- Resolve hardware, software, and access requests raised through the helpdesk
- Set up and configure laptops, peripherals, and accounts for new joiners
- Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, and application issues for end users
Systems & Asset Management
- Maintain the IT asset register and manage licences and warranties
- Apply security patches and enforce endpoint-security policy
- Document recurring issues and build self-service guides for common requests
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2 to 5 years in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or systems administration
- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common productivity and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and basic networking
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or an equivalent certification
- Experience supporting a distributed or remote workforce
- Exposure to MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) for device management
