About the Program
At RecruitPoolz, we're doing things differently. This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring Full Stack Developers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a boot-camp graduate, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to build complete web applications, work across frontend and backend technologies, develop practical projects, and learn by doing alongside our team.
What You’ll Do
- Build Web Applications: Develop responsive and interactive web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Frontend Development: Create user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js.
- Backend Development: Develop server-side applications, APIs, and business logic using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
- Manage Databases: Design database structures, write queries, and work with SQL or NoSQL databases to manage application data.
- API Integration: Build and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend applications with backend services.
- Debug & Optimize: Identify bugs, troubleshoot application issues, and improve the performance, security, and scalability of web applications.
- Collaborate on Code: Use Git and GitHub for version control, manage code updates, and participate in project collaboration and code reviews.
Who You Are
- Passionate about Full Stack Development and eager to learn (no specific technical or computer science degree required).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiar with frontend or backend development concepts.
- Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Bonus Points: If you have hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Python, Django, Java, REST APIs, Git, GitHub, or cloud deployment.
- Curious, creative, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
