About the Role" AVA+ Backend Engineer
"Responsibilities"
- Implement and testing GenAI-powered features within our product ecosystem.
- Support senior team members in integrating large language models (LLMs) and other generative technologies into applications.
- Write clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and broaden technical knowledge.
- Help with data preparation and testing processes.
- Document technical implementations and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Learn and apply GenAI concepts including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation.
"Required Skills"
- 3+ years of product engineering experience.
- Strong programming foundations in Python.
- Good understanding of Generative AI concepts.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and modern web development practices.
- Willingness to learn cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Curiosity about Agentic AI technologies and their applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
