As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile software development practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
