Drive, implement, and sustain strong safety culture across shop floor and office areas.
Ensure compliance with statutory EHS requirements and corporate EHS standards.
Develop and deliver safety awareness trainings, toolbox talks, and campaigns.
Conduct daily EHS rounds and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support and coordinate internal and external audits for ISO 14001 (EMS) and ISO 45001 (OHSMS).
Maintain documentation, procedures, and records as per ISO requirements.Assist the EHS India team in performing Risk Assessments (HIRA, JSA,etc.).
Provide technical assistance for machinery safety compliance, ergonomics, and hazard identification.
Participate in incident investigations and support root cause analysis .
Safety improvement initiatives
Environmental sustainability projects
Engineering controls for hazard mitigation.Installation/commissioning of safety systems
Conduct regular inspections and internal EHS audits.
Track and monitor compliance gaps and follow-up actions.
Training people on EHS Standards...
