Technical Lead – Python & Databricks at Ariveguru Technology Solutions Role Overview : We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Tech Lead / Vibe Coder with strong expertise in Python, Databricks, Data Pipelines & ETL workflows, cloud-based data engineering, and AI-assisted software engineering. In this role, you will work directly with stakeholders, architect scalable data solutions, solve complex business challenges, and independently deliver solutions using modern AI-driven workflows. Key Expectations & Technical Scope : AI-First Engineering & Vibe Coding Workflow Daily hands-on usage of AI tools for coding, pipeline development, debugging, architecture, testing, documentation, and solution delivery. Strong exposure to AI-assisted development workflows, coding copilots, automated engineering agents, and orchestration tools. Good understanding of AI agentic architecture, orchestration concepts, and modern AI engineering ecosystems. Ability and willingness to independently build and deliver scalable solutions using AI-enhanced workflows. Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Management Work directly with stakeholders, product teams, analysts, and clients to understand and refine business and datarequirements. Lead technical discussions, architecture planning, estimations, and delivery execution. Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, technical decision-making, and engineering quality. Mentor engineers and collaborate across technical and business teams with strong ownership and execution discipline. Data Engineering & Architecture Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Python, Databricks, PySpark, and Spark SQL. Develop robust data processing systems handling structured and unstructured datasets across cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP). Build reliable data ingestion, transformation, validation, and monitoring workflows. Experience integrating data from APIs, databases, files, and external systems with strong distributed processing knowledge. Required Qualifications & Background : Education: Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or higher in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related quantitative field. Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in Python-based software or data engineering with strong Databricks expertise. Technical Exposure: Databricks, PySpark / Spark SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT pipeline design, Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), Workflow orchestration tools, APIs and data integrations, Monitoring and observability. Core Mindset: AI-native engineering mindset, strong execution capability, ownership, adaptability, and passion for scalable data platforms.
