Medinex Workforce is hiring Data Science Interns for a full-time remote internship opportunity. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to data analysis, Python programming, statistical methods, machine learning basics, data visualization, model building, and real-world data problem solving.

Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis.

Use Python libraries to explore, organize, and analyze structured data.

Support basic statistical analysis and interpretation of data patterns.

Assist in building and testing simple machine learning models under guidance.

Create charts, graphs, and visual summaries to explain findings.

Help identify trends, correlations, outliers, and data quality issues.

Work with spreadsheets, notebooks, or datasets as required for assigned tasks.

Document analysis steps, assumptions, results, and observations clearly.

Coordinate with team members to understand data requirements and project goals.

Support reporting and presentation of insights in a simple, understandable format.

Learn and follow basic data science workflow practices.

Complete assigned data science tasks within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Seaborn is preferred.

Familiarity with machine learning concepts is an advantage.

Understanding of SQL or Excel is helpful.

Knowledge of Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, or similar tools is an added advantage.

Academic, personal, or internship-level data science projects are welcome.

Stipend: ₹15,300 per month
