Role
As Process Engineer at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for developing process concepts and implementing manufacturing processes. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change initiatives for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and methods.
- Drawing study and interpretation (GD&T knowledge)
- Preparation of Engineering documentation (PPAP) and Work instructions.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) softwares for 3D modelling, drafting and validation.
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transition of new products into production
- Feasibility study, Risk analysis, Contract review, PFMEA and APQP
- Analyse data to identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions
- Evaluate existing processes and methods to identify areas for improvement.
