Position Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Fullstack Lead who can provide technical leadership in an Agile environment while guiding development teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. The role involves working with modern web technologies such as Vue.js, React, TypeScript, and backend technologies like Java.
The candidate will collaborate with product teams, business analysts, and technical stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications while ensuring best practices through code reviews, testing strategies, and cloud-based deployments.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineers in an Agile development team.
- Ensure technical quality and adherence to coding standards through frequent code reviews.
- Work closely with product teams and business analysts to provide technical analysis for upcoming work.
- Collaborate with architects, technical leadership, and platform teams to design scalable solutions.
- Manage cross-team technical dependencies and ensure smooth integration across systems.
- Present technical solutions and updates to stakeholders when required.
- Support cloud deployments and infrastructure using Microsoft Azure.
- Drive best practices in testing methodologies such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and backend development.
- Experience in modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern web development practices.
- Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPA).
- Experience working with GraphQL APIs.
- Experience in Agile development environments and cross-team collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud deployments.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and project management.
- Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Cucumber and Gherkin.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with modern backend APIs.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
