Job Description
Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and modern web technologies to build and maintain scalable applications on AWS.
Key Skills
Languages: Java 8–21, JavaScript, TypeScript
Backend: Spring Boot 4.x, Express.js, Node.js 14–24
Frontend/Templating: Thymeleaf, Nunjucks, NHS Frontend Toolkit
Testing & Quality: JUnit, Jest, SonarQube, Checkstyle, JaCoCo, ESLint
Database/ORM: PostgreSQL/Aurora, DynamoDB, Hibernate, Sequelize, Liquibase
Cloud & DevOps: AWS ECS Fargate, ALB, API Gateway, Lambda, ECR, Route 53, ACM, Secrets Manager, ElastiCache/Redis, AWS Backup, Shield, Docker
Security/User Management: Microsoft Entra ID
Tools: Maven, NPM, IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Renovate
Healthcare: Experience with FHIR/HAPI is preferred.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable full-stack applications using Java/Node.js and AWS services, following CI/CD, coding standards, and automated testing practices.
