ToyStack is Looking for:
We are looking for a
DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, containerised deployments, and Linux administration. You will work closely with the DevOps lead to provision, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), directly supporting both ToyStack's internal platform and client deployments.
Responsibilities
- Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OVH environments
- Deploy, configure, and manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Handle Kubernetes cluster provisioning, deployment-level troubleshooting, and service/pod-level issue resolution
- Support CI/CD pipeline management and optimisation using any standard tooling
- Manage Linux servers, networking, and security configurations
- Troubleshoot production infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimise deployment processes and application performance
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployments, and operational procedures
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes — cluster provisioning, deployment management, and pod/service-level troubleshooting (not just monitoring)
- Strong experience with Docker and containerised deployments
- Solid Linux administration skills
- End-to-end experience with at least one cloud platform — AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Infra ownership mindset — ability to provision, build, and resolve issues independently rather than just respond to alerts
Good to Have
- Experience with managed Kubernetes — EKS, AKS, or GKE
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Multi-cloud exposure (e.g. AWS + Azure or AWS + GCP)
- Scripting in Bash, Python, or Shell
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog
- Exposure to microservices or service-based deployment architectures
- Database administration basics — PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
