Description
Hiring a Lead Gen AI Developer with strong Python experience and hands-on work in Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and Large Language Models. The role focuses on building production-ready AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
Role: Lead Gen AI Developer
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune | Work From Office
Experience
- 6+ years experience
- 2.5–3+ years hands-on GenAI experience
- Strong Python development experience
- Strong software development fundamentals
- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills
Qualification
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines
- Develop APIs, services, and integration layers for enterprise AI applications
- Build model evaluation frameworks for AI use cases
- Optimize AI applications for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams
- Build, integrate, and deploy LLM-powered applications at scale

- Compensation up to ₹33 LPA including variable pay
- Variable pay is 25% of CTC, paid quarterly
