Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GCP Dataflow.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and pipeline orchestration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and real-time data processing environments.
- Ability to analyze logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and alerting systems to maintain operational health.
- Knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques within cloud platforms.
Additional Information:
