- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow.
- Understanding of database concepts and data management within enterprise platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
