- Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines to support business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alation Data Catalog.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing ETL processes to support data migration and integration.
- Ability to develop and maintain scalable data pipelines ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to maintain data integrity.
- Experience working with diverse data sources and systems to enable seamless data flow.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues efficiently.
